Evaporation , condensation, precipitation, the water cycle takes the water and moves it all around…..” Also, the students will be learning about “The Flowers”, their parts: The corolla/petals, pistil, stamens. Calyx/sepals. They are making books of the same.
Children are enjoying making their Continent maps. Children are very excited to learn the life cycle of the Lady Bug and the Butterfly. We will continue to introduce how all insects and bugs have a similar life cycle. As a migratory bird, Cliff Swallows, their nests, eggs, and young are protected by law. These little birds fly thousands of miles from South America to return and breed here in Orinda each year from March- October. Please keep distance and marvel at their beauty and determination to raise and care for their young.” We will make use of this spectacular opportunity to incorporate our study of the Continents and birds.
